At MOUNI RAJASHEKAR COLLECTIONS, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be made on the same day of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

  • Items must be in resalable condition, free from damage (unless received in a damaged condition).

  • Returns are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items as per the order details.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Items purchased under discounts, clearance sales, or special promotions may not be eligible for returns.

  • Products covered under manufacturer warranties must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.

3. Return Process To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service Team within the eligible timeframe and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear images of the defective or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will approve or reject the return request based on policy conditions. Approved returns will receive further shipping instructions. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a refund or replacement accordingly.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure safe return delivery.

  • Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

5. Refunds or Replacements Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will process either:

  • A full refund (credited within 6-8 business days to the original payment method) OR

  • A replacement product, based on customer preference and availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit after verification.

6. Additional Terms

  • Returns that do not meet eligibility criteria will be rejected and shipped back to the customer.

  • Customers must ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent further damage.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy.
