1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • Requests must be submitted on the same day of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized/personalized products are non-refundable.

  • Discounted, clearance, or promotional items may not be eligible unless defective.

  • Manufacturer-warranted products must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.

3. Refund Process

  • Customers must contact Customer Service with the order number, product images, and issue details.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit after verification.

  • Processing times may vary depending on bank policies.

5. Additional Terms

  • Refunds may be denied if items do not meet return conditions.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.

  • Non-compliant refund requests will not be processed.
